Every year I would wait until my kids began school before purchasing supplies and didn’t realize I was paying so much more for them! July and August is the prime time to shop for backpacks, notebooks, pens, etc., to really get the best prices. Most supermarkets, drug stores and department stores are having huge school supplies sales right now. Penny and I have compiled a HUGE LIST of back to school sales for July 23 – 30, 2017.
