There is a new Target Cartwheel offer for a pack of Sharpie Markers. The coupon is 40% off and good for all 25 packs! Right now at my Target, a 25-pack is $19.99. (Good now through 03/18/2017) With the coupon, they come to around $12. That is a little less than 50 cents each. Only during school supply sales in July/August will you get a better price.
